fresh fish ice cream cleaner issue luggage assistance
I appreciated the variety of food and desserts provided. i especially liked having fresh grilled fish and cocktails. Ice cream was a nice bonus. a travel cot was added for our child and that was nice.
The water park shown in pictures is not in the hotel. A bus ride is necessary. the room cleaner did not clean properly, and no one assisted with our luggage upon arrival as only one person was available and busy.

regular shuttle wide variety
the resort offers a regular shuttle service to the beach , and it came every 5 to 10 minutes. the food was great because there was a wide variety , so there was something for everyone.
the wet and wild park is not directly at the hotel , a bus ride is required.

I found the food variety in the buffet great. It was available almost all day and night in different categories. The activities and shows in the activity area impressed me in general. My room was clean and tidy.
The staff at check-in was not very friendly.

The area overlooked mountains with snow on them. This hotel is in a quiet area. It makes walking easier. The shuttle to the beach runs frequently.

The restaurant offered a wide selection of dishes catering to various tastes. The service was always very efficient. Staff members were consistently available and helpful. They ensured I had everything I needed.

fantastic holiday experience!
frequent shuttle children's water area
the shuttle to the private beach ran frequently. the beach area featured many pools (which were very clean) and a children's water area. snacks and drinks were available until 5 pm. i found plenty of space for all holidaymakers.
